Labor Doula 

You benefit from my years of experience and knowledge in having natural birth, together we can avoid unnecessary interventions, and help you to manage any fears, or resistance that pops up, keeping you relaxed and in the moment.

Postpartum Doula

This is where I get to treat you like a princess, feeding you meals from scratch, keeping you hydrated, your house from being irritatingly disorderly, and providing you with opportunities for much needed rest. And maybe I will have the honor to wear your baby in a sling while you get a shower break.

Lactation Consultation 

Primarily helping mom's to identify any problems, and finding their solutions. Background experience with tongue tie, overcoming yeast infections, and natural solutions for over/under production of milk.

Wellness Care 

Certified Emotion Code Practitioner - wholistic health. energy psychology, great for pain both physical and emotional. Especially great in preparation for labor.
